In the lighting design of the Roozan Residential Complex, the focus was on creating harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces. Interior designers employed the latest lighting techniques to create a cozy and functional environment for the residents. Dark Light fixtures were installed in the living area to provide soft, glare-free illumination. These fixtures, with their hidden light sources, add a modern and functional touch to the space, enhancing the visual experience. Additionally, concealed and indirect lighting complements the natural light in various parts of the project, creating a serene atmosphere throughout the interior. Outdoors, recessed linear lights with an IP67 rating were used, featuring polycarbonate diffusers that resist dust and water. This lighting solution plays a key role in crafting a modern and cohesive look for the outdoor areas, including the garden and entrances, elevating the overall beauty of the residential complex.

Petro Niro Saba HQ

The lighting production and equipment for Petro Niro Saba company, located in a 3000 square meter area across six floors in Pasdaran, was one of the notable projects by ModularPro Lighting Company. Given the large scale of this project and the need for adequate lighting, it was meticulously designed and executed. Various magnetic and non-magnetic multi-track systems were utilized, allowing for flexibility in lighting and adjustments according to different needs. Additionally, specific linear lights were designed for the conference halls, contributing to a professional and modern atmosphere. The use of advanced technologies and precise design in this project has provided a unique lighting experience for users, making this space a significant asset for Petro Niro Saba.

In the design of Building No. 17, Fereshteh Street, the project's architect aimed to emphasize the fluidity of space using black lines on the ceiling, resembling water streams. After consulting with ModularPro Lighting, the suggestion to use the Norylo magnetic line light with the appropriate width and height was implemented to bring the initial design idea to life. This creative lighting solution not only accentuated the dimensions of the space but also added a unique beauty to the interior design. The Norylo line light with its precise design and high functionality was the perfect choice to create dynamic visual effects in architectural spaces.

Soha Gallery

The Sohā Jewelry Gallery project, located in Hayat-e Sabz Commercial Complex, is one of the finest examples of interior design with a commercial approach. The key focus of this project was to showcase the beauty of the jewelry using precise lighting design. Proper lighting allows all the details and brilliance of the jewelry to be highlighted, enhancing their visual appeal. Moreover, the lighting has been carefully designed to avoid eye strain and glare, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience.
